Log into myAC: algonquincollege.com/myac Key Features for Faculty within ACSIS Timetables: Start and end date of courses, room locations (unless are online courses). Section Lists: Class rosters. Grade Entry: New! Faculty can now submit their final grades within ACSIS and program chairs can review and approve those grades. Grade Reports: New! Print out reports of course grades that you have inputted. Logging Into ACSIS for the First Time You won’t be using your network username and password when you log into ACSIS for the first time! 1. Enter your employee number. If you don’t have this, contact the Human Resources department at extension 7660. 2. Password (for first time log in): your employee number . (You will be prompted to change your password.) If you have trouble logging into ACSIS, send an email to ITS (Information Technology Services) at [email protected]. Print this Page: Will give you a print-out of timetable information that you see on the screen. 2. Select Term: Will allow you to specify the semester that you wish to see. 3. Course Outline: Save this official, most up-to-date .pdf version of your course outline to your computer. Upload the pdf to your Blackboard course. Current and Upcoming Activities There is a list of holidays during which the College is closed and courses will not run. Also, if the course is online, a note will appear here. For face-to-face and hybrid courses, room locations will also appear on the timetable. Click on the room number to see where it is located. Page | 2 Learning and Teaching Services August, 2015 ACSIS GRADE ENTRY AND APPROVAL TIP SHEETS 01 | Getting Started with ACSIS – For Faculty Section Lists 1) Select Term: Will allow you to specify the semester that you wish to see. 2) Course ID: Click on this link to get specific course information such as: class hours, maximum and minimum enrolment numbers, and the number of registrants in your course. 3) Course Title: Click here to bring up the course description as outlined in the official program monograph. Section Lists Faculty can now submit final grades to their department online through ACSIS. In turn, program chairs can review and approve the grades in ACSIS as well, thus streamlining the grade submission process.
