How can I look up my expected refund or expected direct
deposit amount in MyCCP?
Step 1: Login to MyCCP at my.ccp.edu.
(If you do not have a user name and password, click on the “How do I get my user name and password”
link on this page. You will need to enter your Social Security number and student ID (J number) to
retrieve your user name and password for entering the portal).

Under the “Student” tab, find the “Financial Services” channel on the left.
Click “Status”
Click “My Award Information”
Click on “Award Payment Schedule”
Select “2016-2017 Award Year” and click Submit

Important Notes:
1. This is your expected total amount of aid for the award
year and not your expected refund.
2. This total amount will first be applied to your tuition, fees
and bookstore charges, if you had made any purchases
there. Remaining balance, if any is refunded to you.
3. This expected total is based on your enrolled credits that
are eligible for financial aid. It will be further adjusted
based on your actual attendance for each term before
disbursement.
