We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Planning
and Performance Team. We are a small team focused on
improving Council’s communications and community engagement,
strategic planning and organisational performance. A major
focus for this role will be working on the preparation of our
Council’s new-look Ten Year Plan.
You will have a background in strategic
planning and performance management,
preferably in local or central government.
You will have excellent writing and
communication skills for a range of
audiences, previous involvement in
designing and carrying out community
consultation processes, and the ability
to engage with Tangata Whenua.
