The following is your commitment of tournament teams to the Qualifying and State Babe Ruth
Tournaments. Please return this form no later than June 1st, so that we can do the bracketing for
the Qualifying Tournaments and have all the tournament information available for your meeting
with District Commissioners in early June. By committing your league to have tournament teams
in the various tournaments you are also committing to having coaches for these teams. All entry
fees must accompany this form in order to register your team(s) for tournament play.
