Consignment Period: Consignor shall be responsible for delivery of consigned items to Consign Design. Consign Design agrees to offer the stated item(s) for sale for a 90 day consignment period. Consign Design will display the consigned merchandise and may advertise the items on the Consign Design website and\or other social media. Items that sell within the 90 day consignment period will be reimbursed. We do not pay for items past 90 days. Payments: We ask consignors call Consign Design every 30 days to check the status of their consignment items. Once the consignor has notified Consign Design by phone, a check will be issued 30 days from the sale date for items sold. Balances over $40 will be issued. Balances less than $40 will be added to sales the following month if applicable. Commission: Consign Design pays the Consignor 45% of the final sale price. Pricing: By request, we will discuss a mutually agreeable price. Markdowns: Items may be reduced up to 25% every 30 days. We reserve the right to accept reasonable offers at any time. Expired Sales: Consignor has up to 6 months to claim their sales commissions that have sold within the 90 day consignment period. Account inquiries made after 6 months from when an item sells will not be honored. Unsold Items: The Consignor has the option of reclaiming unsold merchandise by the 97th day. We ask that the consignor notifies Consign Design when they are picking up their unsold items. It is up to the consignor to locate their belongings and notify an associate which items are being taken out of inventory so we may remove their tags. If we have not heard from you by that time, it is assumed the goods have been relinquished and will become property of Consign Design without further notice. Consignor must be able to move and transport their belongings. Please be advised that Consign Design does not make reminder calls regarding expired consignment periods, unsold merchandise or when an item sells. Waiver: Consign Design is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items. Signing this document means that you understand and agree to the terms of this agreement.
