WORKSHOP AGENDA ADOPTION WORKSHOP – EXPECTED OUTCOMES Enhanced understanding of how to use the latest observer query and reporting tools developed by the SPC and FFA Observer Placement Management System (OPM) TUBS Reporting System A clearer understanding of the range of observer reports that are required under WCPFC reporting obligations and how to access the systems for producing these reports. Enhanced knowledge and skills in observer data management principals and procedures In turn, SPC and FFA will have a better understanding of what Observer Coordinators require with respect to reporting and data management in the future
