“IZI” cards are available from local shops. These also work in
your hotel rooms. If necessary, SPC can arrange international
calls. You will be charged for these.

Departure Details
• Please let us know if you change your accommodation as we
will have to let the airport driver know.
• A list noting your designated accommodation address will be
circulated on Wednesday.
• Pick-up is three hours before the flight.
Times will be confirmed on Thursday morning.

WORKSHOP – EXPECTED OUTCOMES
 Enhanced understanding of how to use the latest observer
query and reporting tools developed by the SPC and FFA
 Observer Placement Management System (OPM)
 TUBS Reporting System
 A clearer understanding of the range of observer reports that are required under
WCPFC reporting obligations and how to access the systems for producing these
reports.
 Enhanced knowledge and skills in observer data management
principals and procedures
 In turn, SPC and FFA will have a better understanding of what
Observer Coordinators require with respect to reporting and
data management in the future
