TRAVEL AGENT COMMUNICATION Dear Valued Travel Partner: We are pleased to offer the Travel Agent Partner Fares (TAPF) program that give you and your guest a positive-space booking (based on availability) on select Crystal Cruises sailings, as offered and listed in the agent website’s Travel Agent Partner Fares webpage. Crystal Cruises’ Travel Agent Partner Fares program is available to travel agents who are affiliated with a travel agency that is an active travel partner with Crystal Cruises. For your convenience and reference, we have noted below the basic Travel Agent Partner Fares booking rules as well as the program’s terms and conditions: Crystal Cruises’ Travel Agent Partner Fares Rules/Restrictions: 1. In order to request reduced rates using Crystal Cruises’ Travel Agent Partner Fares, the sailing agent must be affiliated with a travel agency determined to be in good standing with Crystal Cruises. Further, travel agent must be affiliated with the travel agency for at least six (6) months at the time of booking/ request. 2. Agent/Agency affiliation is subject to qualification by Crystal Cruises either via phone, email or regular mail. All booking requests must be supported with the Travel Agent Industry Letter (see sample) to be completed and signed by the Agency owner. Abuse of this program will result in automatic cancellation of Travel Agent Partner Fares bookings created under the agency’s ARC#, as well as the agency’s loss of all reduced rate consideration and privileges. 3. The list of select cruises offered with Travel Agent Partner Fares will be available on Crystal Cruises’ Travel Agent website: http://www.crystalcruises.com/agent 4. Travel Agent Partner Fares will be available for booking for all voyages offered and listed in the agent website’s Travel Agent Partner Fares webpage. Travel Agent Partner Fares offered are strictly confidential and must not be discussed with other guests. 6. All fares are Cruise-Only, per person, based on double occupancy, and are in US Dollars. 7. Singles will be fared at 200% of the offered double occupancy fare. Third berths will be fared at the offered double occupancy Travel Agent Partner Fare, regardless of age. 8. Bookings priced at Travel Agent Partner Fares are not eligible to receive standard amenities offered to full-fare guests including but not limited to 2.5% Early Full Payment discount, Crystal Society and/or On Board booking discounts, savings, rewards and benefits, etc. 9. Cruise payments may be made directly by phone with Crystal's Reservations team (1-800-446-6620) or via Crystal Cruises' Cruise Builder online booking portal. Electronic cruise documents will be emailed to the booking agency. All guests sailing under Travel Agent Partner Fares will be receiving e-docs and luggage tags will be available for pick-up at cruise terminal/pier on embarkation day. Crystal Cruises will release e-documents upon receipt of the signed Travel Agent Industry Letter (see rule # 2). 12. Staterooms will be booked in guarantees, final stateroom assignments will be at Crystal Cruises’ discretion. No upgrades allowed. 13. No “cancel-and-rebook” allowed. 14. No “conversions” will be allowed i.e. bookings made via CruiseBuilder or thru a Crystal Cruises Reservations agent, booked and fared at the standard Crystal fares, cannot be “converted” into a Travel Agent Partner Fares reduced rate booking. 15. Offer is limited to one (1) stateroom per qualified travel agent, with Spouse or accompanying guest traveling in the same stateroom as the agent. Agent may request multiple voyage departures using Travel Agent Partner Fares fares/pricing. 16. Travel Agent Partner Fares bookings are non-commissionable. 17. PCPC will be available to travel agent starting 14 days prior to sailing if booking is paid in full. Please note that PCPC’s access closes 7 days before departure for all guests. 18. Confirmation of Travel Agent Partner Fares booking requests are at the discretion of Crystal Cruises, with approval basis including but not limited to verification of agent’s qualification to determine eligibility; requests are subject to spaceavailability and booked on a first-request, first-reserved basis. 19. On board solicitation of Crystal Cruises’ full fare guests by a reduced rate travel agent guest is strictly forbidden and will not be tolerated. Should a complaint be made against a soliciting travel agent guest, a written warning will be generated by the ship’s Hotel Director to that travel agent. If this warning is ignored, the soliciting agent will be asked to disembark the ship at the agent’s own expense. We are very concerned for our guests and their comfort while they are aboard Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. We are just as concerned about protecting the travel agents who have worked hard to book their clients aboard our ships. Your cooperation in this matter is very much appreciated by Crystal Cruises and your fellow travel agents. 20. Crystal Cruises’ Travel Agent Partner Fares program is capacity controlled, not combinable with any other promotion, is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or changed at any time without notice. All itineraries, fares, programs and policies are subject to change.
