Games begin Thursday 23rd October, Training begins Week 1 Term 4.
$20.00 to be paid by the start of Term 4
Transport: In some instances the school will provide transport to the games. All players must organise their own
transport home after the game. If you are able to assist with transport, please indicate on the attached slip.
Attendance: All girls are to attend practices and games on time and arrive with the required gear. If a girl cannot
attend practice or a game, she is responsible for contacting her coach or manager directly. Messages are not to be
passed on by another student.
Slips must be returned to the office by Monday 22nd September. If you have any queries or concerns, please do
not hesitate to contact me.

SPORTS RETURN SLIP

$20.00 competition fee along with any additional fees. My daughter will make every effort to attend all practices
and games. She will personally communicate with her coach if she is unable to attend.
