“Auditioning Skills”
Have you ever thought of auditioning for a play but something held you
back? Whether it was the fear, the doubting if you were good enough or
some other “what if” excuse, this two evening course may be right up your
alley. The objective is to overcome your fears and have fun in the process.
The course is suitable for varying levels of experience from those who are
just starting out to explore the idea of “doing a play”, to those with “...some”
past experience in grade or high school or those wishing to learn more about
audition process or perhaps re-connect in the dramatic arts. It is an ideal
class for adults 18 to 80 and will hopefully provide you with that dose of
encouragement you may have been lacking. Please understand that
participation in this course it will not secure you a role in any upcoming
G.P.L.T play, however, it will cover all you need to know in order to best
prepare you for most audition calls. This course is led by Wade Fleming who
has over 50 years of theatrical experience. Space is limited to the first 20
paid registrations.
