DIRECTIONS FOR FILLING OUT SCORE SHEETS
The Score Sheets will be used to keep track of single player scores for each game, overall team score
for each game and overall match score for each match. A sample score sheet follows:

Please fill in today’s date and start time of each game.
Please fill in your Team Name as it appears on your roster.
Please fill in each player’s name (First and Last) as they appear on your roster.
Please fill in each player’s score for each frame.
Please fill in each player’s total for each set of frames.
Please fill in the team’s total for each game.
At the end of each match have the captain of each team sign the bottom of their score sheet for that
night to verify that all of the scores written are correct.
Hand in the score sheets to the Intramural Supervisor at the end of the night.
