Satisfying the condition concerning the agreement executed
by the Issuer's subsidiary
The Management Board of Elemental Holding S.A. with its seat in Grodzisk Mazowiecki
("Issuer"), informs that today it learnt, based on the Central Information of the National
Court Register, that on 17 March 2017 the Registry Court registered amendments to the
Articles of Association of Platinium M.M. spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka
komandytowa ("Company”).
The said event satisfies the provision of the agreement to transfer all the rights and
obligations of the limited partner in the Company executed by the Issuer's subsidiary, i.e.
Elemental Group sp. z o.o., as mentioned by the Issuer in the current report no. 70/2016
of 29 December 2016.
