Inspection routes make it
easy to group short and
simple activities for a group
of equipment. Instead of
generating a Work Order for
each equipment, you can
attach an Inspection route to
a preventive template to
generate it automatically and
perform your inspection on
multiple equipment at once
which reduces data entry
time.
First, set the equipment to be
verified in the inspection
route.
Then, define activities to be
performed.
Finally, associate the
activities with the equipment
to generate an Inspection
Route based on week
number.
Inspection routes are a good way to deal with
basic verification runs such as:

Sprinkler verification
Meter updates

through security groups.
Security groups are then
associated to employees.

security groups for one

associated to a plant or group
of plants for regional

If a group of plants is associated to an employee,
permissions will be applied to all plants part of this group

Resource types are first
defined according to their
skills and their hourly rate.
Resource types are then
associated to each employee.
This way, when assigning a
Work Order to labor, you will
get the total cost for local
labor automatically after
entering the time needed to
complete work.

Labor Management: Teams
Teams are first defined
according to their description
and their schedule (for
example: Day shift).
Teams are then associated to
each employee if needed.
This way, when you change
part of a schedule, you don’t
have to open each
employee’s file to update the
new schedule, but simply
apply the changes to a
specific team to set the new
schedule to employees in the
team.

Labor Management: Vacations and Unavailability
Vacations and unavailability
are standards that can be
managed in INTERAL.
They can be associated to an
individual, for an illness or a
maternity leave, for example.
They can also be assigned to
a group of employees, as in
