Attached is the 2017 All Star ballot for the following neighborhood leagues. For T-ball and
Instructional league managers, please skip to the bottom of the next page and complete the
form and send back to me. Everyone else, please read on for All-Star Game instructions:
Farm, Rookie, Minor, Major/Mustang.
Please have your players vote for their team representative for the All-Star game. Once
completed, here are your step by step instructions.
Steps:

Tabulate the results
3.
Fill out the attached (or below) All Star ballot as a word doc or pdf
4.
Send that word or pdf document to me as an attachment – email is
[email protected]
5.
Deadline is June 14, 2017
Once the above steps are completed please send to [email protected] by 6/14/17 with
the following subject line: TBB League name, Team #, All-Star Ballot.
Example: Subject: Farm League, Team #3 All-Star Ballot
Please use the attached form as we develop the All-Star program from this document.
The number of players per team is called out on the ballot form below. The first two tables
below are seeding/ranking tables and how the all-star teams will be made. THESE ARE
RANKINGS AS OF JUNE 14, NOT YOUR TEAM NUMBERS.
Please provide your top 6 players in ranked order. Your list will determine the All-Star teams at
the end of games June 14. Example, if you are the #1 seed on June 14th in a 7-team league, you
will be sending the top 4 players from your list of 6. If you are the #7 seed in a 7-team league
on June 14th, you will be sending the top 3 players from your list of 6.
Lastly, please make sure you include your coaches (up to 2) who will receive seniority points
for coaching in 2017.
The ballot needs to be back in time in effort we can make sure coaches and parents are
available for the All-Star game weekends. Thanks for your help.

Players per team:
All teams send 4 All-Stars
#1 seed, #2 seed, #3 seed send 4 players. #4, 5, 6 and 7 seeds send 3 players.
All teams send 3 All-Stars

Have players vote for their teammates who will best represent them on the All-Star Team. Upon completion of the
voting process please fill out the info below.
Provide All Stars selected in rank order, 1 being top choice. Please
account for 2 additional players then the number you are sending to the All-Star game as alternates. This varies by
league. Please refer to the table above. Example – if you send 3 players provide top 3 plus 2 alternates. If you send 4
players provide top 4 plus 2 alternates.

Managers for the All-Star games will be determined based on Standings as of June 14, 2016. TBB will contact
the manager of each team. Managers will then contact the respective players and the other managers of the
respective players regarding coaching.
Lastly, the All-Star ballot is used to keep track of TBB seniority points earned by your coaches. Take time to complete
the matrix below so your coaches can be credited with the points they have earned this season. These points will be
valuable to coaches who choose to manage teams in later years.
