• Customers must have an Ag-Preferred Account with Special Terms Credit Limit. If a customer doesn’t have a Multi-Use
Account, John Deere Financial makes it easy to apply with one of these options:
• Visit JohnDeereFinancial.com/ApplyNow to complete an online application
• Stop by your local Star Retailer to complete an application
• Call 800-356-9033 to have an application mailed to you
• Approved Merchants will need to visit www.JDFMerchantService.com to submit customer financing under the Online
Transaction Center
• Step-by-step process for submitting purchases available by selecting the User Manual link under Online
Transaction Center and then Submit Purchases
• The Authorization Number for approved purchases will appear on the purchase response screen and the customer
receipt. Please print this receipt for your record keeping and for the customer
• The Authorization Number will NOT appear if the submission enters Review Needed status. Follow the instructions
provided and call John Deere Financial Customer Credit at 800-684-4182. Please provide the representative with
the Reference Number displayed online. If approved, the representative will provide an authorization number to
enter on the screen; next, select Submit
• Funds needing to be returned to John Deere Financial due to billing errors, returned products or eligible product
substitutions also need to be entered on www.JDFMerchantService.com
• Step-by-step process for submitting credits available under the User Manual link under Online Transaction Center
and then Submit Credits
• Please submit the credit on the original financing program used. Enter the difference or the amount being returned
to John Deere Financial
• John Deere Financial will fund retailers directly
Special Terms Disclosure Form Required
•The printed receipt of purchase which is obtained after submission can act as the Disclosure Form
•Have the customer sign and date the printed receipt of purchase or the general disclosure form
•Attach copies of the disclosure form or the receipt of purchase to the dealer and the customer copy of the order/delivery
receipt. FMC Retailers must maintain invoice and disclosure forms for a minimum of 7 years
