Meeting Rooms
We provide one meeting room set as required plus the use of two additional rooms if you require break out space.
19ten Room (20-60 delegates)
This room is perfect for up to 60 delegates;
tables and seating can be arranged to suit
your style of meeting.
This room offers stunning views of our
grounds and opens up directly to our
terrace and garden areas which you will
have exclusive use of during your stay with
us.
Heath Pavilion (20-120 delegates)
Our Heath Pavilion provides a truly amazing space for
larger meetings, conferences, activities or events.
We can accommodate up to 120 seated delegates if
you require formal table set up but the capacity can
be increased if theatre style seating is suitable.
The Pavilion, constructed in 2015, is served by state
of the art heating/air conditioning and has fully
insulated fixed walls and roof to provide excellent
environmental conditions and acoustics year round.
The south elevation is double glazed and offers amazing views of the grounds plus the bi-fold doors open up the
space even further. Voile panels allow us to cut the light down for projector presentations.

Catering at Ashton Lodge
Our day delegate rate includes pastries on arrival, a cold buffet
lunch and mid-afternoon cookies.
If you require something more bespoke we can accommodate all
requests; anything from hog roasts to fine dining banquets can
be provided by one of our catering providers (Aubrey Allen and
Portfolio Events).
Just let us know what your requirements are and we can provide
menu options and prices.
Accommodation
We have 14 en-suite rooms in the main
house plus accommodation for up to 6
guests in the adjacent Coach House Suite.
