Academic Transcript and Proof of English Language
Original Document Verification
Important note from the UCD Smurfit Admissions Team
All students who studied their undergraduate degree and/or
previous Masters degree outside of UCD must show their full
original academic transcript(s) in person to the UCD Smurfit
Admissions Team this early September.
In addition, any student who had to meet the UCD Smurfit School
entry requirement for English Language, such as IELTS, TOEFL,
etc must also show their original of this certificate to the UCD
Smurfit Admissions Team in person.
You have to therefore ensure that have these important documents
with you when in Dublin.
You must do this short important University and School admissions
procedure in person once you have arrived. Failure to do this
within the first two weeks of September 2016 is serious and will
result in your UCD examination results being withheld in due course
and also a “graduation hold” going on your UCD Student Record.
The confirmed session times where you can do this five minute
procedure are set out below. The room you need to come to is S112
which is just off the Smurfit Main Reception and foyer. Just come
to one of these times that suits you best. You do not need to book
a time or contact us in advance – please just show up with your
original documents.
