CANCELLATION POLICY
From the date of confirmation to 90 days from 1st check-in of bookings – 25% of the total expected billing will be
charged
Between 89 and 60 days of the 1st check-in of bookings- 50% of the total expected billing will be charged
Between 59 and 30 days of the 1st check-in of bookings- 75% of the total expected billing will be charged
29 days or less of the 1st check-in of the conference/ event, including “no-show”- 100% charge for the entire
duration of the stay
The same is also valid for early departures and no shows
