Terms & Conditions & Payment Policy
Amaka Private Game Reserve and Safaris (pty) Ltd reserves the right to require a minimum stay period. One night
bookings will be considered but are not generally accepted. Entrance to the reserve and lodge are subject to Amaka
Private Game Reserve and Safaris (pty) Ltd, Exclusion of Liability and Indemnity (copy available on request).
Reservation Policy
Booking of a reservation must be in writing.
50% deposit must be paid within 48 hours of booking to secure reservation.
Full payment must be received in advance, no less than 10 days prior to arrival.
All extras must be settled at reception prior to departure.
If payments/deposits are not made timeously, Amaka Private Game Reserve and Safaris (pty) Ltd reserves the right
to release accommodation without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of a booking must be in writing.
All cancellations are subject to the following cancellation fees:
15 – 20 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 50% cancellation fee
7 days prior to scheduled date of arrival: 100% cancellation fee
Payment Policy
All payments to be made as a direct deposit, account details provided on request.
No cheques accepted.

Wild Animals
Amaka Private Game Reserve and Safaris (pty) Ltd, their directors, agents, representatives, employees, servants, and
insurers and the component Landowner/s will not be held liable for any injuries, loss of life or damage to property
caused by any incident involving wild animals or not. Attacks by wild animals are rare, however guests are reminded
that wild animals and reptiles are dangerous.
Admission
Amaka Private Game Reserve and Safaris (pty) Ltd reserves right of admission, any person(s) not complying by rules
and regulations will be required to leave the premises on request. Fees will not be refunded.
General Terms and Conditions
No children under the age of 15 are permitted, exceptions will be made but need to be prearranged with Amaka
management.
No domestic animals permitted on the reserve.
Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
No loud noise of any nature will be tolerated.
No eating or drinking allowed in the swimming pool.
Help to conserve nature, the reserve is a litter free zone.
A breakage/key deposit of R250 will be required on check in, this will be refunded if no damages and breakages
occur on check out.
25km/h speed limit on all roads.
Please do not feed the animals.
Smoking is not permitted inside the lodge, or on the reserve except in designated smoking areas.
No person may remove any property, animal or object from the lodge and reserve.
Any contravention of the terms and conditions will be handled at owner’s discretion.
Amaka Private Game Reserve and Safaris (pty) Ltd reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions at any time
without notice.
