Role Description
Role Objectives
To provide support for Regional Water Polo athletes working within the Talent Programme
Qualities Desired

Team Managers must hold a minimum Module 1 ASA certificate and be willing to work towards Module 2

A desire to work with athletes within the regional talent programme

A knowledge of the Talent Pathway locally and nationally

Ability to build strong relationships with athletes, staff and parents

Ability to support ASA strategic objectives, operational plans and objectives

Ability to plan squad programmes in line with regional protocol
Expectations
To assist in the development, maintenance and monitoring of the Talent Pathway for Water Polo in the Midlands
To assist in reviewing and implementing the Talent Water Polo squads in the Midlands in line with the Midland Plan
To remain within any set financial parameters though out the time in post and report to the Talent Pathway Leader.
To comply with the policies, procedures and work of the Midland Water Polo Group
Role Details
This is a voluntary role, but expenses will be covered by ASA Midlands.
Length of term – Initially the role will be a 2-year post.
