TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. This competition is governed by and subject to the following Terms and Conditions
(‘Competition’).
2. Participation in this Competition constitutes an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these conditions of entry.
4. The Competition commences at 12.00pm on Monday 22 May 2017 and will conclude at 11.59pm
Wednesday 28 June 2017 (‘Competition Period’).
5. Eligible participants in this Competition must be Victorian residents aged eighteen (18) years of
age and over and not prohibited from entering the Casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex
for any reason (‘Participants’).
6. This Competition comprises of six (6) prize draws in total.
TO ENTER:
7. Participants must make a purchase during the Competition Period from a Participating Venue
(‘Participating Venue’) at the Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street, Southbank, VIC
3006 as follows:
a. Two (2) of any of the following drinks to share:

Participants will receive one (1) purchase receipt for a purchase outlined in clause 7, which will
detail a qualifying purchase receipt number (‘Qualifying Number’).
A maximum of one (1) purchase receipt is permitted per Participant per day during the
Competition Period, regardless of how many purchases are made by that Participant on that day.

Participants
must
complete
the
online
entry
form
at
https://www.crownmelbourne.com.au/adventure with their name, address, phone number, email address, Date of Birth, Qualifying Number, date of drink purchase and venue of purchase.
Participants must complete the online entry form no later than 11.59pm on:
a. Tuesday 30 May 2017 (to be entered for the First Draw Day, Second Draw Day and Third
Draw Day);
b. Tuesday 13 June 2017 (to be entered for the Second Draw Day and Third Draw Day); or
c. Wednesday 28 June 2017 (to be entered for the Third Draw Day).
Participants must retain their purchase receipt with the Qualifying Number, in case it is required
as proof of purchase pursuant to clause 17.
No other method of entry will be accepted.
A copy of these Terms and Conditions will be available at Participating Venues during the
Competition Period and online at https://www.crownmelbourne.com.au/adventure .
PRIZE DRAWS
15. Two (2) prize draws will be randomly drawn via a computerised online platform, which will take
place at Crown Marketing Offices at the Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street,
Southbank, VIC 3006, from 12:00pm on each of the following days (‘Draw Day’):
a. Wednesday 31 May 2017 (‘First Draw Day’);
b. Wednesday 14 June 2017 (‘Second Draw Day’); and
c. Thursday 29 June 2017 (‘Third Draw Day’).
16. There will be a total of six (6) draws; two (2) prize draws on each Draw Day.
17. All Participants that are drawn pursuant to clause 15 or clauses 22-24 (‘Drawn Participants’) must
produce a photograph or hard copy of their qualifying purchase receipt containing the Qualifying
Number (or other evidence of proof of purchase acceptable to Crown at its discretion), to Crown
Marketing either by email, SMS, post or in person (as agreed to by the Drawn Participant and
Crown Marketing) within seven (7) days of being notified by Crown pursuant to clause 36.
18. Subject to providing proof of purchase pursuant to clause 17, the first eligible Drawn Participant,
on each Draw Day, will be declared a Tier 1 Prize Winner (‘Tier 1 Prize Winner’) and will receive
one (1) package as outlined in clauses 26, 27 and 28.
19. Subject to providing proof of purchase pursuant to clause 17, the second eligible Drawn
Participant, on each Draw Day, will be declared a Tier 2 Prize Winner (‘Tier 2 Prize Winner’) and
will get a choice of one (1) of the prizes remaining in the Tier 2 Prize Pool (‘Tier 2 Prize Pool’), as
outlined in clauses 30, 32 and 33.
20. Participants are not required to be present at the time of the prize draw to claim their prize.
21. Entries will not be removed between Draw Days and re-draw days, unless drawn.
RE-DRAWS
22. In the event that a Drawn Participant has not produced their purchase receipt with the Qualifying
Number or Crown has been unable to contact them within seven (7) days of the applicable Draw
Day, a First Re-draw will be conducted at 1.00pm on the eighth day after the relevant Draw Day
(being Wednesday 7 June 2017, Wednesday 21 June 2017 or Thursday 6 July 2017, as applicable)
in the Crown Marketing Offices at the Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman Street,
Southbank, VIC 3006.

23. In the event that a Drawn Participant of a First Re-draw has not produced their purchase receipt
with the Qualifying Number or Crown has been unable to contact them within seven (7) days of
the First Re-Draw, a Second Re-draw will be conducted at 1.00pm on the eighth day after the First
Re-Draw (being Wednesday 14 June 2017, Wednesday 28 June 2017 or Thursday 13 July 2017, as
applicable) in the Crown Marketing Offices at the Crown Entertainment Complex, 8 Whiteman
Street, Southbank, VIC 3006.
24. In the event that a Drawn Participant of a Second Re-draw has not produced their purchase
receipt with the Qualifying Number or Crown has been unable to contact them within seven (7)
days of the Second Re-Draw, a Third Re-draw will be conducted at 1.00pm on the eighth day after
the Second Re-Draw (being Wednesday 21 June 2017, Wednesday 5 July 2017 or Thursday 20 July
2017, as applicable) in the Crown Marketing Offices at the Crown Entertainment Complex, 8
Whiteman Street, Southbank, VIC 3006.
25. In the event that a Drawn Participant of a Third Re-draw has not produced their purchase receipt
with the Qualifying Number or Crown has been unable to contact them within seven (7) days of
the Third Re-Draw, the prize will be forfeited.

TIER 1 PRIZE POOL
26. Subject to clause 17, the first valid entry drawn on the First Draw Day (or any necessary re-draw
relating to it) will be declared the First Tier 1 Prize Winner and will receive the following prize:

27. Subject to clause 17, the first valid entry drawn on the Second Draw Day (or any necessary redraw relating to it) will be declared the Second Tier 1 Prize Winner and will receive the following
prize:
A trip to Japan, Tokyo on a food adventure experience Package presented by Kirin. Package
based on two (2) people.
a. Return economy flights from Melbourne airport to Tokyo;
b. Return airport transfers by coach or shared transfers;
c. Seven (7) day rail passes;
d. Six (6) nights accommodation in a shared room;
e. Twenty four (24) hour hop on and off bus passes;

28. Subject to clause 17, the first valid entry drawn on the Third Draw Day (or any necessary re-draw
relating to it) will be declared the Third Tier 1 Prize Winner and will receive the following prize:
A trip to U.S.A, Las Vegas Experience Package. Package based on two (2) people.
i. Return economy flights from Melbourne to Las Vegas;
ii. Five (5) nights accommodation in a shared room;
iii. Return airport transfers by coach or shared transfers;
iv. A two (2) hour pink Cadillac tour of Vegas;
v. An indoor sky diving experience;
vi. A helicopter trip over the famous Las Vegas strip; and
vii. A Vegas Rock Star night tour over five (5) hours across Vegas clubs and bars.
Prize package valued at $10,000.
29. The maximum total prize value for the Tier 1 Prize Pool is $30,000.
TIER 2 PRIZE POOL
30. Subject to clause 17, the second valid entry drawn on each Draw Day (or any necessary re-draw
relating to it) will be declared a Tier 2 Prize Winner, and in conjunction with clauses 32 and 33,
will receive the option of one (1) of the following prizes for the prize winner and one (1) guest:
a. 2017 Audi Hamilton Island Race Week Package presented by Robert Oatley Wines:
i. Two (2) nights accommodation at Reef View Hotel or similar;
ii. Return economy flights from Melbourne to the event;
iii. Premium tickets for two (2) to the event; and
iv. Return airport transfers and return transfers to event.
Valued at $5,000; or
b. 2018 Womadelaide Festival Package presented by Robert Oatley Wines:
i. Two (2) nights accommodation at Mayfair Hotel or similar;

The maximum total prize value for the Tier 2 Prize Pool is $15,000.
Once a prize has been chosen by a Tier 2 Prize Winner, the prize will be removed from the Tier 2
Prize Pool.
Tier 2 prizes will be awarded on a first come, first served basis.
Subject to clause 25, only three (3) of the six (6) prizes in the Tier 2 Prize Pool will be awarded
during this Competition.
The maximum total prize value for this Competition is $45,000.

IMPORTANT NOTICE TO ALL PATRONS:
36. Drawn Participants will be contacted on the Day on which they are drawn pursuant to clause 15
or clauses 22-24, in writing via email and via telephone, and requested to provide proof of
purchase pursuant to clause 17.
37. Prize winners will receive a prize letter from Crown outlining instructions on prize redemption.
38. Details of the prize winners valued over $1,000 will be published on Crown’s website
(crownmelbourne.com.au) on Friday 14 July 2017 for twenty-eight (28) days. If a re-draw is
required, the details of the re-draw prize winners valued over $1,000 will be published on
Crown’s website (crownmelbourne.com.au) on Friday 28 July 2017 for twenty-eight (28) days.
39. All prizes are strictly not negotiable, transferable or redeemable for cash, or other goods and
services.
40. All package prizes must be taken as a whole package including, flights, accommodation and (if
applicable) tickets. If unable to accept, the prize will be deemed forfeited.
41. All Tier 1 Prize Pool prizes must be booked and completed within 12 months from the winning
date. Tier 1 Prize Pool prizes must be booked at least three (3) months in advance and are
subject to availability. Blackout dates apply (including Easter, Christmas and school holidays).
42. All Tier 2 Prize Pool prizes are subject to their respective dates and cannot be amended. If unable
to attend on the relevant dates, that prize will be deemed forfeited.
43. Subject to the prizes described at clauses 26, 27, 28 and 30(a) – (f), additional services, tours, tips,
meals, beverages, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), additional insurance, passports,
visas, vaccinations, transport to and from departure point, transfers, items of a personal nature,
in-room charges and all other ancillary costs are not included. The prize winner (and his/her
guest) must depart from and return to the same departure point and travel together. Frequent
flyer points will not form part of the prize. The prize winner may be required to present their
credit card at the time of accommodation check in.
44. The prize winner (and his/her guest) are responsible for obtaining his/her own travel insurance
(or any other relevant insurance e.g. hire car insurance), necessary travel documents and visas.
Crown strongly recommends that the prize winner (including his/her guest) obtains travel
insurance appropriate to the destination. The prize winner should inquire about local issues and
conditions at the destination prior to travel. Crown makes no representations and provides no
warranties or assurances as to the availability of flights and accommodation, health and safety
matters, or other issues or conditions that may exist concerning a destinations or any other
matter.
45. Third party terms and conditions may apply. Restrictions and additional terms of redemption may
apply. Fare conditions for travel may apply. No responsibility will be accepted by Crown for any
flight delays, change of schedule, change of accommodation arrangements or any expenses

incurred due to the above. All incidentals, additional costs and travel expenses at the prize
winner’s own cost. Tourist visas may be required and visa costs will be at the prize winner’s
(including his/her guest) own cost.
In the event that a prize draw cannot be conducted at the specified time due to unforeseen
circumstances outside Crown’s reasonable control, the affected prize draw will take place as soon
as is practicable after the delay has been resolved.
If a prize is unavailable for any reason at the time of the prize draws, Crown will instead award
the prize winner a similar prize of equivalent value (as determined by Crown).
Where a prize winner (including his/her guest) is not able to redeem any part of a prize due to
physical inability or incapacity, poor weather or any other circumstances beyond Crown’s or the
prize provider’s reasonable control, then that part of the prize will be forfeited and is not
redeemable for cash or any other prize, goods or services.
Crown reserves the right and license to use a selected Participant’s name, suburb, photograph,
image and likeness for the purpose of promoting and advertising Crown and the Crown
Entertainment Complex.
Crown will handle Participants’ personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988
(Cth)
and
Crown’s
privacy
policy,
which
is
available
at
https://www.crownmelbourne.com.au/general/privacy-policy .
Subject to clauses 36, 37, 38, 49 and 50, Participants’ personal information obtained in relation to
this Competition is for the sole use of identifying Participants and prize winners of the
Competition and will not be disclosed to any other organisations outside of the Competition,
unless such disclosure is required by law.
Crown shall not be liable in any way if entries are unavailable as a result of technical malfunction
or operator fault.
Subject to law, Crown (including its employees, agents and contractors) has no liability to any
person for injury (including death), loss or damage whatsoever howsoever arising in connection
with this Competition (including the awarding, condition, use or misuse of the prizes). This clause
does not apply to the extent that Crown’s liability (if any) arises from an act or omission of Crown
in respect of its supply of services and/or goods to a prize winner in the ordinary course of
Crown’s business.
Crown may cancel or modify the Competition, but will only do so if this is unavoidable (for
example, if the Competition cannot run for technical or administrative reasons that cannot be
rectified). Crown will update these Terms and Conditions as soon as is practicable if this occurs. If
the Competition is cancelled, Crown may select the prize winner(s) from eligible entries received
at the time of cancellation, if appropriate to do so in the circumstances.
This Competition, including the redemption of prizes, is only available to Participants (including
their guests) that are Victorian residents aged eighteen (18) years and over.
Employees of the Crown Group of Companies, Crown Resorts, Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth,
CrownBet, Betfair, Diageo, Lion and Robert Oatley Wines are not permitted to participate in this
Competition.
This Competition is not open to Participants or other persons excluded from the casino pursuant
to the provisions of the Casino Control Act 1991 (Vic) or who are otherwise prohibited from
entering the Crown Entertainment Complex for any reason, including persons who become
prohibited before or after the prize draw and/or re-draw, if applicable (up to the time of receipt
or collection of a prize by a prize winner).
Crown’s decision in connection with any aspect of this Competition will be binding and final on
every Participant.
Any failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in disqualification of any
Participant.
Disqualification will be at Crown’s sole discretion and no correspondence will be entered into.

61. Third party terms and conditions (such as those of an individual prize provider) may apply in
relation to the redemption of a prize.
