COACHING POINTS
Dive Shot
1. Out of step- or turning movement you make a movement forward with
your trunk bent forward.
 Take off with one or two feet.
 Bend forward with ankle, knee and hip, trunk bent forward, eyes to
the goal.
2. After the shot both arms touch the floor because directly after the shot
the landing takes place.
3. There must be a fast bending of the arm, the trunk is brought forward
and the head is in the neck.
4. Both legs are bent almost 90 degrees, feet upward.Slide forward on
the floor when the chest touches the floor. Head in the neck.
5. Chest, belly and upper leg slide on the floor, while the arms push the
body along the floor.
6. The body slides forward, while elbows and wrists are completely bent.
Jump Shot
 during forward run bring up the ball to shoulder height
 third step is explosive and large
 in the air the hip should go backward together with the throwing arm
 pull up other leg untill upper leg is horizontal
 screw back the hip
 the arm follows this movement explosively to the front
 point after the ball where it should go
 land on the same leg as you jumped off
DESCRIPTION
 Pass B1-B2-B3-B4 or B1 throw at the goal.
 B1 runs forward and must be near B4 when this player is in
possession.
 B4 throws at the goal or passes to B1.
 After that from the left.
Variations in throws at the goal:
 center shot hip height
 center shot
 jump shot (1,2,3 steps)
DESCRIPTION
 B5 runs towards pivot position left after passing to B3.
 Pass B3-B2-B3 who goes to the right back court position and
passes to B6 who throws at the goal.
DESCRIPTION
 B5 runs towards pivot position left after passing to B3.
 Pass B3-B2-B3 who goes to the right back court position and
passes to B6 who throws at the goal.
DESCRIPTION
 Pass B1-B2-B3-B4-B3, who goes to right back court position, B3
passes to pivot W1 who throws at the goal.
DESCRIPTION
 B1 runs to pivot position right.
 May receive pass from B4, which depends on the reactions of R3.
