The Lean Proposal™ Process
Pink Team Purpose
• Review of storyboards, mockups and written sections
• Review team answers the following questions:
– Do the proposal volume outlines adequately and completely respond
to the requirements of the RFP (use the Compliance Matrix/Outline)?
– Do the graphics, figures, and tables send the right message?
– Are the section outlines responsive to the requirements?
– Are the written sections clear, concise and responsive?
– Do the themes tell the reader why they should select us?
– Have we provided the right message in the proposal?
– Can the writers progress to the next stage?
