SORT:
Remove poor habits. Facilitate through evidence.
STRAIGHTEN:
Proper arrangement of practice/performance plans.
SHINE:
Keep things simple, clean and polished. No nonsense.
STANDARDISE:
Standardise the best practice & process of routines. Develop the habit of strong process.
SUSTAIN:
Commitment & self-discipline. Develop an attitude to follow the above 4S.
