Course Description: In this course, student will learn organizational theory paradigms such as classical organizational
theory, neoclassical theory, systems and organic theories, contingency theory, economic organization theories, power
and politics in organizations, organizational culture, institutional theory, resource dependency theory, population ecology,
network theory, and critical theories of organizations.
