submitting the evidence.
d) You must also file Patents Form 51 if you appoint an agent for the first time or appoint one agent in
substitution for another, after you have become involved in proceedings before the Office. Although you
may have an address for service in the Channel Islands, any agent you appoint to act for you must reside or
have a place of business in the European Economic Area or Isle of Man
