The VelvasoftTM Deep Pressure Vest is designed to “hug” snuggly to the clients’ body. Perforations throughout
the rubberized layer of fabric, allow them to “breath” eliminating or at least reducing the problem of overheating. The “One-Z” product, (**sold separately) attaches to a modified vest allowing sensory integration to
extend thru the pelvic area. These vests may be modified to utilize weights either at the shoulders or V shaped

Terms and Conditions:
All Orders/purchase orders are established on a 30-day net invoice and are fill in the order they are received. All
orders are shipped via UPS or USPS unless otherwise instructed. There is a $15 fee for expediting any order.
*Accounts past due will be placed on hold, future shipments will be held and all early payment discount, if given,
will be disallowed until the account is up to date. Any account past due 45 days may be charged a 10% late fee,
per month, over 90 days this fee increase to 15%.
Return / Repair Policy:
All items may be returned within the first 30 days if it cannot be used or product is not acceptable. All items are
guaranteed for a period of 30 days against manufacturer defects. Extended ware and constant washing may
reduce any products efficiency and are not considered a manufacturer defect. We reserve the right to determine
the amount of repair or credit given.
FOR CREDIT: ALL returns MUST have A Return Authorization Number, (RA #), and are subject to a 25/%
processing /restocking fee. ALL returns must be returned in original packaging, if possible, and in like new
condition for 100% credit. Sorry, custom orders are non-returnable without specific permission.
**Please attach the RA number to the outside of the package and all paperwork/ return shipping label/s.
Allow 4 to 6 weeks for any refund to be credited to your account .
