for your next function. Nestled
in the heart of Surry Hills, the
Horse offers a variety of function
spaces to accommodate your needs
for groups both large and small.
We have space for groups of 10 200 on both the main level and
upstairs.
Anything from a reserved table, to the
whole rooftop terrace, to the entire
venue.

PRIVATE FUNCTION
ROOM
This private exclusive space is
recommended for 40 - 80 people cocktail
style with seating available, private bar
with your own personal bartender,
separate toilets from the rest of upstairs, a
small private balcony overlooking Crown
Street, separate AV equipment allowing
guests to play their own music, have a DJ,
band or any live music as well as have
speeches and use the projector at no
extra cost. We allow decorations and
desserts to be brought in.
Minimum spend requirement.
Option to extend the area and increase
capacity to 120 guests by also reserving
half of the outdoor terrace.

WHITE TERRACE
TABLE
Long table with 16 seats and plenty of
standing room on both sides, great for
groups of 15-30 guests.
Please note there is only partial rain
coverage on the terrace, which is a risk
one takes when booking this area.
Option to start a tab in which wristbands
can be provided or guests can purchase
food and drinks individually. We allow
limited decorations in this area. No hire
fee or no minimum spend requirement.

TIMBER TERRACE
Three long timber tables provide plenty of
seating in this area that can accommodate
for up to 50 guests.
Please note there is only partial rain
coverage on the terrace, which is a risk
one takes when booking this area.
Option to start a tab in which wristbands
can be provided or guests can purchase
food and drinks individually. Area can be
roped off for larger groups. We allow
limited decorations in this area.
Single tables can be reserved for smaller
groups. No hire fee or no minimum spend
requirement.

upper bar
This inside area of our upstairs bar
consists of a few high top tables and stools
to provide a significant amount of seating,
as well as plenty of standing room if you
wish to have more of a cocktail style
party.

front section
This space consists of a few hightop tables
that can be kept separate or aligned into
two adjacent long tables to seat up to 28
people. This area has additional seating
along the front windows overlooking
Crown Street as well as bench seating.
Tables in this section can be reserved for
groups of 6 - 14 people or the whole
space can be reserved for up to 40
guests. Option to start a tab in which
wristbands can be provided or guests can
purchase food and drinks individually. We
allow limited decorations in this area. No
