I would like to attend the Agile Australia 2015 Conference being held at the Hilton Sydney on Wednesday 17 –
Thursday 18 June 2015.
Now in its seventh year, the Agile Australia Conference is seen as THE powerhouse event for thinking businesses,
like ours. This year's conference theme, The Art of Simplicity, will focus on delivering more while doing less. It’s
about the art of maximising the work not done; how to create high-quality solutions faster; and new ways to
work with our team, stakeholders, customers, and leaders - all very relevant to my job challenges and the
business as a whole right now.
The conference features more than 60 speakers, over four streams across two days. I believe there are many
sessions on the program which would be of value - which I would of course be happy to report back on, on my
return - as well as share copies of any relevant presentations to colleagues, which will be made available postconference.

The cost to attend the conference is $800 (Early bird until 24 April 2015) or $1000 thereafter.
I also think it would be beneficial for me to attend the pre-conference workshop day on Tuesday 16 June for a
more in-depth, small group learning session, on the topic of <insert workshop>, with presenter <insert
presenter>. The cost for a full day workshop is $600 (Early bird until 24 April 2015) or $800 thereafter; and $350
for a half day (Early bird until 24 April 2015) or $450 thereafter.
For both the conference and workshop day, there are discounts if we register a team of five or more delegates.
These costs are inclusive of GST and includes all refreshments, conference materials and access to all sessions
on both days of the conference (and the workshop day if applicable).
Travel and accommodation costs will be additional, estimated at approximately <$XX>.
I am confident you will see this as a worthwhile investment. It is an opportunity for me to network with
potential clients and collaborators, meet influential keynote speakers, attend invaluable educational sessions
and gain specific industry knowledge. My attendance at this conference is a wise investment and I’m sure will
pay off for years to come.
