Eligibility: 11-13 years of age by July 1, and must fulfill one of the following four requirements:
1. Active member of the New Windsor Presbyterian Church, Calvary Lutheran Church
or the PALS Ministry- Sherrard Lutheran, Bethany Lutheran (Woodhull), Ophiem
Lutheran or Swedona Lutheran.
2. Resides in the Sherrard, AlWood or Mercer County School Districts.
3. A member of the New Windsor Drill Team
4. Daughter of NWFR Director or Alliance Member
