ORGANIZING COMMITTEE
It gives us immense pleasure to invite you to the
National Research Seminar on “ Scenario of Tribal
Development In
in India : Problems & Prospects.” organized by
our college. This seminar will be held on March 27 & 28, 2017
and will be a platform for interaction among researchers,
academicians, students, policy makers and government officials
for discussing issues related to the topic. We welcome you to
participate in the seminar and make it a grand success.
Govt. College Bichhua established in 1989 on Sep.21,
by Deptt. of Higher Education, Govt.of M.P. Bichhua is a tehsil
place of Chhindwara District located on 21o48’38” N and
79o 01’30”E latitude and longitude respectively and at altitude
of about 550 Meters above MSL. Bichhua is located in the
environs of Pench area of Chhindwara District.
This college is running with Arts, Science & Commerce
faculty at Undergraduate level and Geography, Hindi, English,
Political Science, Economics, Sociology and Commerce at
Postgraduate level with student strength of about 1800 and
affiliated to Rani Durgawati Vishwavidyalya Jablpur and
registered under section 2(f) and 12(b) of U.G.C. act 1956.
Department of Geography of this college is life member
of NAGI, IIG, The Geographical Society of India(Kolkata),
Uttar Bharat Bhoogol Parishad Gorakhpur and The Deccan
Geographical Society, Pune and is well equipped with the
geographical instruments, modern teaching aids, computer lab.
