untouched by urban development. Neither homes nor shopping centers will interrupt your experience
of this fabulous stretch of coastline.
Boasting two brand new event spaces situated on the beach side with uninterrupted views over the
beach and natural light pouring into the rooms. If your looking for a boutique meeting place then look no further.
Exclusive Event Catering our onsite caterer is experienced in holding impressive wedding. No matter what the
event you can relax knowing your upcoming event will run as smoothly as possible.
We understand the pressure and work that goes into preparing a wedding, therefore you will have a
dedicated one on one event manager. Our event manager has over 15 years experience in organising
an array of events such as weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, private and company events, and
school formals.

Some food products may contain allergens that individual guests may be allergic to. All dietary requirements are to be request ed prior to the event.
Event and service surcharges
• Cash bars require a minimum of $250, should this amount not be achieved then the remaining will be charged a as a surcharge.
• Events held on public holidays incur a 20% surcharge
• Soldiers Beach Event Centre reserves the right to change prices and content without notice due to market conditions.
• All food and beverage consumed in the event rooms and bar area must only be that which Exclusive Event Catering has provided.
• Events over 100 people will be required to pay for an extra bar attendant
Responsible Service of Alcohol
Soldiers Beach Event Centre is committed to patron care and adheres completely with the Liquor Act in regards responsible service of alcohol.The act states ‘All
licensees, nominees & staff of the licensed premises have a responsibility to ensure that liquor is sold & supplied to patrons in a responsible manner’. It is also an
offence to supply liquor, allow liquor to be supplied to or consumed by a person whom is under the age of 18 years, or whom is unduly intoxicated. We thank you
