Yes • Service tier: One Service Description - Continued The service is capable of handling a very wide range of data protection and archive requirements, to protect a wide variety of data types using a single, leveraged solution, including: • Workstation files • Server files • File servers (including Shared File Service) • Databases • VMware servers • Exchange servers (including non-CIT) • Et. Al. Service Description - Continued • The service can also be used to archive data for longer-term storage. This is different than backup, which is used for data protection. • A second, off-site copy of all data stored via the service is maintained at the WCM data center in NYC. • The service is used to facilitate the Electronic Discovery process for active litigation cases.
