However, in practice, many of them find it hard to move away from the didactic approach typical of lecturing. Teachers need to be more reflective and see themselves as facilitators of the learning process. Enjoyable Learning Environment: Needs to balance course and life commitments. Needs to be listened to as an Adult. Needs to be stimulated by different teaching methodologies. May need to overcome previous bad experiences at school.
