Event producers attracted to Camp Navarro are seeking that special experience and
place for their attendees, in a spectacular environment, far away from the ordinary.
We are available to assist you along the way, from beginning to end, helping you
transform your Event ideas into reality.
No matter how different and unique your Event may be, there is a rational structure
we will work within, together. These documents will help us to collaborate in creating
the organization and managing the logistics involved for your Event.
This “Event Production Summary Sheet” - Appendix C, will provide for us the basic
information from which we can proceed with helping you plan your Event. The
information provided us in this form will assist us in providing you a comprehensive
package with clarity on the financial and logistical elements of your event.
Please return this completed form as soon as possible. You should view this as a
working document, with the final version due 90 days or more before the start date
of your event.
