Use this form to request an appearance by a Wellington Firebird player, Wellington Blaze
player, coach and the Wellington Firebird’s mascot, Pyro.
Please complete this form in full and email it to [email protected]. Please note that
the minimum notice for all requests is two weeks prior to the appearance date to enable us
to process the request and confirm the player availability.
