Dear Prospective Corporate Member,
This invitation is to provide you, as a local business owner, the opportunity to enhance your involvement in our
community, advertise you business and assist over 3,000 kids in the process. The Fallston Recreation Council is a
non-profit organization that works towards the advancement of our children through various sports and enrichment
programs.
Just last year, the Fallston Recreation Council, with the assistance of County funds and significant contributions
from a few companies were able to build a new multi-purpose artificial turf field that will be used year round by all of
our programs as well as outside camps and tournaments. Because of the ability to use the field year round, we
estimate that over 10,000 adults will attend sporting events at the Rec Council over the course of the year.
In an effort to help offset the maintenance costs, we are providing you the opportunity to advertise your business at
the Rec Council. We are selling banner space on the fence that goes around the turf field. The signs will be placed
on both sides of the fence so they will be visible from any location. The cost of these banners is $1,000.00 and will
be displayed for a period of one year. With your information that you provide us, we will have the banners
professionally made. All we ask is that you supply us the information and any logos you would like displayed.
The Fallston Rec Council a volunteer organization that continually works to make the programs and facilities better
for the children and everyone that visits our complex. We feel that by purchasing advertising space, you are not
only increasing your potential for future business, but you are helping the children in our community not only
succeed in athletics but learn valuable life lessons. Please send the information for the banner and your tax

banners become the property of the Fallston Recreation Council.
