Requirement
Viewed as the industry standard for all hospitality and
catering environments, from corporate headquarters;
leading hotels to restaurants, Vivreau services the needs
of approximately 75% of the top 100 UK companies and
many Fortune 500 companies.
Vivreau continue to innovate and develop new solutions
to assist companies in reducing their carbon footprint
and minimising unnecessary expenditure on pre-bottled
mineral waters.
To further expand the product portfolio, Vivreau were
looking to develop an innovative table top water system
capable of dispensing purified hot, still and sparkling
cold water from a single tap.
The solution enables companies to offer fresh, filtered
mains water from a single point, whilst providing a
sustainable and financially beneficial alternative to
boiling a kettle and/or pre-bottled water.

Solution
To support Vivreau, IMI Cornelius developed a bespoke
slimline single pour water dispenser that offers still;
sparkling cold and hot water at the correct
temperatures.
The Vi Tap boasts 4 types of integrated system control
electronics – touch sensing with zero moving parts for
reliability; ultra thin film LED illumination for clarity of
user operation, a boiler power saving mode for standby
operation, cooling and carbonation to offer product
variety. The dispenser has been designed to deliver a
perfect pour, whilst ensuring no product crossover
between dispensed drinks thanks to specialised
miniature non-return valves.
The Vi Tap provides Vivreau customers with a greener
solution to meet increasing demand for water at various
locations, whether within the workplace, conference
facilities or in cafés and coffee shops.
