IN HONOR OF “NAKO”
Former Sioux Hockey Player and Grand Forks Red River High School
Hockey Coach, Perry Nakonechny (Nako) passed away at age 47 after
a lengthy battle with cancer. He is remembered as a
great teammate and even greater family man.
All proceeds from the Keep the Ball Rollin’ Golf
Tournament will go to the BLC to help support
youth sports. The BLC has financially supported
many local projects and organizations in the GF
community, such as youth hockey arenas, baseball
complexes, Youth and High School sports, and the
Giving Hearts program. Funds raised from this golf
tournament will continue to help the BLC support these local projects
and organizations. Thank you for your support!
