Your invitation to the Inspirational Summer Team Games for people with disabilities
At: Exeter Arena Athletics Stadium Summer Lane, Exeter, EX4 8NT

From 10 am – 3pm
As we are now in 2012 Olympic Year, Roc Active together with Sport England, Active Devon and many other partner
organisations are hoping to inspire people with disabilities to participate in our own Olympic-style event. This event is FREE
to all participants with disabilities and will be fully inclusive.
The purpose of the event is to inspire people with disabilities to participate in different sports activities. To then encourage
them to continue participating on a regular basis by linking them into their local sports club or sports enabling service like
Roc Active. It is hoped this will have longer term benefits for people’s health by motivating and stimulating them to
regularly participate in healthy activities. The Winter Games on 2nd Feb was a huge success attended by over 500 people,
so if you missed this event please participate in the next 3 events.
This is the 3rd of 4 inspirational events in Devon during the 2012 Olympic Year, so if you are unable to attend please
