etc. Snacks will be provided by Mrs. Scott. YUM!
Indoor Soccer 11 v. 11—Mr. Rocha & Mr. Good
Just because the snow is coming doesn’t mean you have to stop playing soccer. Come with
us to KUA’s indoor soccer field and get your game on. You need cleats for this club.
Canaan Police Department—Town of Canaan Police & Mr. Hart
Learn how to be a cop! Learn how to do fingerprinting, prepare case files, and maybe go for
a ride in a police car.

Enjoy various activities and games in Cardigan’s awesome student center.
Hockey for Non-Hockey Players—Miss Nai & Miss Naroski
No experience required if you want to come skate around and have some fun—all are
welcome. If you need equipment, we will help get you set up. Coach Fitzgerald has a
stockpile.
Pond Hockey—Mr. Scoville & Mr. Nevins
Gloves, sticks, & helmets. Just fun pickup hockey on the frozen lake. Four Rules: 1. Keep
the puck low. 2. If you don’t shovel, you don’t skate. 3. No puck hogs allowed. 4. Cheating is
encouraged. All abilities are welcome.
Hanging at the Hannis House—Mr. & Mrs. Hannis
Hang out with Mr. and Mrs. Hannis each week and watch TV/movies, play board games, eat
tasty treats, and relax with friends in the comfort of the Hannis house.
Indoor Lacrosse—Mr. Frost & Mr. Bayreuther
Indoor box lacrosse in the gym. Full pads required. Hockey gear will work too.
Self-Defense/Martial Arts—Mr. Spano
Learn self-defense and martial arts from an experienced teacher.

Chess Club—Mr. Cook
For the gents who want to learn how to improve their chess game. Mr. Cook has coached
competitive chess teams in the past and will both be teaching some skills as well as playing in
an in-house tournament. Some knowledge of chess is needed.
Juggling and Diabolos—Mr. Ellis
Have you ever wanted to learn how to juggle? If yes, join this club. We will juggle balls,
clubs, and other fun objects and learn how to do tricks with a diabolo.
Reading and Rest—Mr. Kenny
Do you love to read but just can’t find the time? Well here’s your chance to relax with a
good book.

Supporting efforts to make the yearbook memorable. This includes writing, editing,
photography, design, and layout.
Cougar Cave Crush Club—Mr. Jaspersohn
Challenge yourself on new routes or learn to climb for the first time in Cardigan’s climbing

Work with the LEGO software and hardware to program and task robots to complete
missions on the First LEGO League game board.

Do you like movies? Do you like being warm in the cold winter months? You can enjoy
BOTH in Mr. Perricone’s Moviefilm Deluxe Club, where you will get to see some of the
best (or worst) films ever made, all while enjoying all the comfort that modern heating
systems can provide. Beverages and snacks are welcome, so long as you clean up after
yourself!
Gates Innovation & Invention—Mr. Yelton
For eighth- and ninth-grade boys who do not want to give up their study hall during the
academic time.
Dungeons and Dragons—Mr. Ramos
Use your imagination to delve through the kingdoms of possibilities. Hijack a car, destroy a
dragon, and make a super computer that can destroy the world with antimatter. YOU CAN
DO ANYTHING.
