EXHIBITS must reach Centenary Pavilion on Wednesday prior to the show between
8.00am and 12 noon.
Exhibitors to place in LOWER RIGHT HAND CORNER on each exhibit the class in which it
is entered also name and address on back of each exhibit.
On payment of Entry Fee, exhibitors will receive a perforated card. Please retain smaller
section and present this when collecting exhibits. Chief Steward reserves the right to reject
any entry. Exhibits which have already been shown at a previous exhibition of the Dubbo
Show Society are barred from competing at this Exhibition.
Exhibits will not be returned unless postage is prepaid.
No exhibit over 85cm x 85cm accepted - This includes the frame.
One ENTRY per person, per class.
All entries to be completed by the exhibitor within the last 2 years and not been entered
previously.
"ANY MEDIUM" for Painting is defined as Collage, Pastel, Gouache, Oil, Water and Acrylic.
"ANY MEDIUM" for Drawing is defined as Pencil, Conte, Pastel, Oil Pastel, Pen and Ink, Felt
Pen.
Please do not enter classes in bold type as they are Champions etc. and are numbered for our record only.
Novice is for exhibitors who have not previously won in that section of an exhibition. All
entries Classes 4451 - 4465 & 4478 must be ABLE TO BE HUNG WITH A CORD securely
attached at the back.
Collection of exhibits. The Centenary Pavilion will close to the public at 4 pm on Sunday
with stewards only permitted to remain inside. The pavilion will reopen at 5.00pm revised
Collection Time for exhibitors with exhibit tickets only. No one other than exhibitors will be
admitted. No responsibility is accepted. Prize Money to be collected from Show Office - see
General Regulations at front of Schedule.

All exhibits to reach Centenary Pavilion between 8.30 am & 12 Noon only on
Wednesday, 24th May, 2017. No late entries accepted. No wet Paintings accepted.
Entries must be on A4 size paper only. No Framed Paintings (CLASS 4478
EXCEPTED- class 4478 must be able to be hung with a cord securely attached at the
back) Only one entry per child in any section is permitted. Classes 4474 to 4477 to be
on separate sheets of "butchers paper" so that the paper can be attached to the top of
the display board, no more than 8 "landscape" deep. School entries should be
attached close together (with NO paper showing between entries)
Exhibit cards to be placed in lower right hand corner. All School entries to be in numerical
order, name of child and school on back of entry. Members of Mothers Clubs from
participating schools must be responsible for hanging of children's work.

Exhibits are not to have been shown before in Dubbo and to be no more
than 12 months old.
Please cover names with masking tape.
Work to be original as possible.
Please enter in correct category e.g. wildflowers in wildflower section.
No convention or special school projects to be entered, more motivation
towards original projects.
