The Tournament is played according to USSSA rules and two official game balls will be provided for each game
Teams need to check-in at least ½ hr before their 1st game (Check-in time will begin 2 hours prior to start of Tournament).
Official printed USSSA Rosters with signatures is required to be submitted at check-in for team to play in tournament.
Birth certificates must also be presented at check-in and be kept on hand at all times during tournament.
USSSA birth date rules will be used and any team found in violation of the age rule will forfeit all games.
Teams must arrive at the designated diamond at least 30 minutes prior to game time.
Teams arriving at the designated diamond 15 or more minutes after the game time will automatically forfeit the game.
All warm-ups must be taken prior to the starting time of the game, not allowed in the infield and should take place in grassy areas.
No warm-up balls on the field after the first inning.
All Players must wear a numbered jersey of the same color.
Batting helmets with face mask must be used.
Pool play:
Home team is determined by a coin toss at the start of the game
Dugouts are first come, first serve
Batting: Teams may bat entire roster and allow for free substitution
Overall record in Pool Play will based on the following point system: 2 points for a win, 1 point for a tie, 0 points for a loss.
Bracket Play:
Seeds determined by: Overall Record, Head to Head competition, Defensive Runs Allowed, Run differential(8 max per game), Coin Toss
Higher seed will be the home team and will take the third base dugout
Batting: Standard USSSA rules
Only Pool and Bracket Games will be time limited - no new inning shall start after 1:15 hours from the beginning of the game.
Umpires will be responsible for reporting official game results to the concession stand or Tournament Director.
Coaches have the responsibility to verify scores throughout the game.
The Tournament Director may make changes to the schedule if needed.
Rain-outs: In the event of rain, games may be rescheduled by the Tournament Director.
4 game guarantee(weather Permitting), one game constitutes a Tournament.
No refunds unless complete rain-out, in which case a $100 administrative fee will apply.
In the event the score appears to be out of reach, the Tournament Director can declare the game complete.
In doubt about the field conditions, call Tournament Director no earlier than 3 hours prior to game time (Team Managers only).
