The Department of ICT 1st year and foundation unit has a Part – Time student assistants at
Soshanguve South Campus.
Key performance areas/Core functions:
Post 1:
 Assist lecturer during practical sessions (MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
 Supervise practical work sessions and assist students in MS Word and PowerPoint.
Post 2:
 Assist lecturer during practical sessions (MS Excel and Small Basic).
 Supervise practical work sessions and assist students in MS excel and Small Basic.
Post 3:
 Assist lecturer during practical sessions (MS Excel and Small Basic).
 Supervise practical work sessions and assist students in MS Excel and Small Basic.
 Teach students to play chess and record result of chess games.
Post 4:
 Teach students to play chess and record result of chess games.
Minimum Requirements
1.
Academic qualifications:

Must be a registered B Tech/M Tech student at TUT.
Post1:
 A diploma/degree qualification which includes MS Word and MS PowerPoint training.
 Teaching experience will be added as an advantage
Post2:
 A diploma/degree qualification which includes MS Excel and programming.
 Teaching experience will be added as an advantage.
Post3:
 A diploma/degree qualification which includes MS Excel and programming.
 Teaching experience will be added as an advantage.
 Evidence of chess playing skills must be provided.
Post4:
 Evidence of chess playing skills must be provided.

 None required.
