(F;I:T) Proven experience of positively influencing organisational change, overcoming barriers to demonstrate perceivable improvement in health and safety management with minimal intervention of a senior manager. (F;I) To be able to clearly recognise, describe and manage professional competencies(F;I) Experience of coaching other professionals. ((F;I:) Evidence of the ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships, establish trust and influence others to change direction.
