Shutdown Forces Hold on Winning Lottery Tickets
Washington, DC – Effective October 12, 2013: Due to the federal
government shutdown, no winning DC lottery tickets will be cashed
until further notice. All winning DC lottery tickets will be honored once
the shutdown is over. We regret the inconvenience. DC Lottery tickets
are still available for purchase.
