Accounts Receivable Officer

Position Description:
SureBridge IT is looking for a full time energetic, dynamic and focused accounts administration
professional who can deliver to the highest standards of excellence that our current Finance
and Administration team performs to. This person must be a well presented, mature minded
professional who can build and promote the highest standards of customer rapport with a
strong commitment to excellence in attention to detail, initiation and accounts administration.
This role involves working autonomously as well as part of the finance and administration team.
You will be responsible for the complete accuracy of all client invoices and vendor bills as well
as daily customer liaison to collect funds within agreed terms. Our solution sales cover many
areas and as such ability to investigate and administer multiple types of invoices at various
stages is a prerequisite. Client payments and account reconciliations, RA’s, Loans, Client and
Vendor Credits will be amongst the many other daily activities. Further responsibility will be to
backfill and support the Accounts Payable and Purchasing roles along with numerous other
finance administration functions.
Responsibilities:
Client invoicing
Client payments and reconciliations
Collection and recovery of debtors
Recording vendor bills
Administering and Investigating RA’s, Loans
Administering and recording Client and Vendor Credits
General financial and administrative duties
Support Professional Services Invoicing
Support Accounts Payable and Purchasing role
Ideally you will have:

At least 2 years experience in a similar accounts administration role (IT industry highly
advantageous);

Thorough knowledge and understanding of accounting theory practices;

A high degree of computer literacy;

Excellent communication skills, both written and oral;

Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills;

High initiative and ability to think outside the box;

The ability to multi-task and prioritise as required;

The maturity to work autonomously and as part of a team;

Remuneration will be negotiated with the successful applicant based on skills and experience.
