i. For direct customer orders of three cases or less, there will be a
delivery charge of £12.50.
ii. For direct customer orders of four or more cases, delivery is free of
charge within the United Kingdom.

i. Standard payment terms are 28 days from date of invoice.
ii. Accounts are payable at Head Office to MARS Drinks UK Ltd.

iii. Payment may be made via cheque, BACS, Direct Debit and
credit card.
iv. Cheques should be made payable to MARS Drinks UK Ltd.
and crossed.
ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS
i. We reserve the right to reduce or cancel the order or suspend the
delivery if we are unable, for any reason, to execute the order either
wholly or in part.
ii. Faxed orders sent before 3.30pm will be processed on the same day.
iii.Phone & internet orders received by 4:30pm will be processed on
the same day.
ERRORS OR SHORTAGES
i. On receipt of goods, please check that they are undamaged and
in accordance with our Advice Note before signing for them. Your
signature will be regarded as proof of delivery.
ii. Claims made outside 10 working days of the invoice date may not be
admissible.
FAILED DELIVERIES, COLLECTIONS AND REFUSALS
i. Refused, part-refused or failed deliveries are subject to a £30
administrative charge.
ii. Collections will only be made if requested within 48hrs of the delivery
taking place and cases are unopened. Collections are subject to a
£30 collection charge.
PRODUCT EXPIRY DATES
i. We accept no responsibility or liability for the deterioration in the
condition of our products which may take place after they have been
accepted by the customer.
