If you have a Telstra Entertainer Bundle Range
plan or you have added a T-Box to your bundle,
check out the ‘Getting Started Guide’ included
with your T-Box, and when you’re ready:
01. make sure your BigPond service is set
up (see page 04), and your T-Box is close
to your modem (plugged into your
ethernet or in good Wi-Fi range)
02. connect all the cables and power
03. turn on your T-Box and follow
the on-screen installation steps
(you’ll need to have your Wi-Fi
username and password handy).
Once you have your T-Box hooked up,
you’ll need to register it before you can
get it online. To do so:
01. login to telstra.com/tboxsetup
using your BigPond Email address
and Password (see page 04)
Remember to stay logged in if you want
to register for BigPond Movies and Foxtel
on T-Box.

BigPond Movies provides great viewing options,
with over 6,000 movies and TV episodes
available to rent from $3.99. If you have a
Telstra Entertainer Bundle Range plan, you
need to register for BigPond Movies to access
your Foxtel on T-Box ‘Get Started’ package.
If you have a Telstra Entertainer Bundle
Range plan your Foxtel on T-Box ‘Get Started’
package will automatically appear on your
T-Box account screen. You’ll receive a credit
for the Foxtel on T-Box ‘Get Started’ package
on your bill.
To register:
•follow the links on telstra.com/tboxsetup
•make sure you have a valid credit card
available for age verification
•select from the 3 payment options – credit
card, debit card and Telstra Bill. You can
change your payment option at any time.
WANT TO ADD FOXTEL ON T-BOX
TO YOUR TELSTRA BUNDLE?
If you want to add Foxtel on T-Box to your
Telstra Bundle Range plan, you have two
options. Either add a T-Box to your Bundle
($15 per month for 24 months or $360
outright), and subscribe to the ‘Get Started’
Package ($19.50 per month), or even better,
upgrade to one of the Telstra Entertainer
Bundle Range plans. You must pass our
service qualification checks and your TV and
premises must meet minimum requirements
for T-Box and Foxtel on T-Box.

The ‘Get Started’ package has 11 popular
channels, including Discovery Channel,

500MB STARTER PLAN
If you’re lucky enough to have a Bundle
including the Telstra Mobile Broadband
500MB Starter Plan, you’ll have access
to 500MB of mobile broadband data
to use in Australia each month on a
Telstra Mobile Network compatible
tablet or mobile broadband device.
your data usage can be tricky – so we have
made it easy for you to stay in control, using
the Telstra 24x7™ App and My Account. See
page 11 for more information about getting
set up to use these great services.
Top up with a Data Pack
If you think you’re going to go over your 500MB
allowance (or already are), you can top up your
data allowance with a Data Pack.
Need a Tablet or device?
If you need a new tablet or personal hotspot
device to use with your mobile broadband
SIM card, visit a Telstra store to check out

Data Packs are available in set monthly
amounts ranging from 250MB to 8GB. You can
subscribe to a Data Pack so you get the extra

If you have an Ultimate Plan, New Ultimate Plan
or Ultimate II Plan, calls from your mobile service
are not included. The Family Calls Benefit will
be applied once all the services in your Bundle
are activated. Until such time standard charges
will apply.
Mobile Broadband
Charges apply for excluded usage and usage over
the included data allowance. Included data
allowance excludes content charges (including
third party charges) and use while overseas.
Unused allowances expire monthly.
Mobile Bundle Bonus
Eligible mobiles are mobiles on a Next G® Cap,
Freedom Connect, Telstra No Lock-In or Every Day
Connect plan that does not include unlimited calls
to standard Australian numbers. Any unused
allowance expires each month.
Standard calls
National calls to standard fixed line numbers
excludes some usage such as calls to premium
numbers (eg 19xx numbers), 1234 and 12456
numbers. Satellite numbers are not standard
mobiles.
T-Box® and Foxtel on T-Box
Your TV and premises must meet minimum
requirements and you must pass our service
qualification check.
T-Hub® 2
T-Hub 2 requires a compatible Wi-Fi modem.
Applications requiring GPS hardware cannot be
accessed or downloaded from Google Play™
using the T-Hub 2.
Telstra Plus
Services are not available on Linux operating
systems. You’re responsible for all data charges
(if any) associated with this service (including
downloading of any software, software updates,
drives, etc.). Unless otherwise stated, the cost of
any software/hardware is not included in the
price of Telstra Plus services.
Telstra Mobile Network
Coverage and speeds may vary due to factors such
as location, distance from the base station, local
terrain, user numbers, hardware and software
