development of an Agro-environmental Programme for
Hungary
• 2002. Launch of the Agro-environmental Programme
• Therefore no paralell SAPARD scheme was set up
• 2004 Extension of the previously lauched programme
into an NRDP measure

• R1004 Insert Sheet (for animal based subsidies II.)

• certificates (eg. Ecological farming, animal owneship,
etc.)

Deadline of the submission
•Normal procedure: At first application for participation in
the cheme;
Following approval, submission of payment claim,
•In 2004 however: Application and claim in one
• Application:15. 10. 2004 – 26. 11. 2004
• Possibility to submit mising documents within 15 days
of notice
• Voluntary completion and withdrawal: until the client
has not been informed of intention to carry out on-thespot check and any irregularity in the application
