Image Usage Guidelines
Your image cannot contain any of the following:
All material protected by copyright
• Trademarks
• Logos
• Slogans
• Corporate names
• Advertising or promotional material
• Brand products
• Works of art

• Alcohol
• Tobacco products
• Firearms or ammunition
• Drugs
• Gambling
Personal information
• Phone numbers
• Addresses (including email addresses)
• Account numbers or personal identification
numbers (PIN)
Public figures
• Celebrities
• Actors
• Musicians
• Comic or cartoon characters
• Politicians
• Celebrity athletes
Nudity and sexuality
• Depictions of nudity or semi-nudity
• Images that we deem provocative, sexual,
violent, indecent or otherwise offensive
Opinions or beliefs
• Images promoting prejudice or
discrimination—racial or otherwise
• Depictions of illegal or antisocial behaviour
• Images depicting political or religious groups
or socially unacceptable groups (images of a
political nature, gangs, etc.)
Security and brand image
• Images that can cause problems at the point of
sale or potentially harm the security features of
the card
• Coins or bank notes of any type or origin
• Any depiction that could potentially damage the
Visa and Desjardins Group trademarks
We reserve the right to refuse any image deemed unacceptable, for any reason whatsoever.
We also reserve the right to refuse access to the My Look personalization service to anyone who repeatedly
submits images that do not satisfy the abovementioned usage guidelines.
We will notify you by email whether your image has been approved.
